1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Tech Extra website or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in the province of Alberta, Canada. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Scope of Services

Tech Extra provides technology consulting, WordPress administration, Open-Source AI strategy, and IT infrastructure auditing. The specific deliverables and timelines for any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Tech Extra retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, code snippets, and methodologies used during service delivery. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables for their intended business purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Alberta law, Tech Extra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to Tech Extra in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for excellence, we do not warrant that our technology recommendations or implementations will be error-free or uninterrupted. Technology strategy does not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory compliance advice.

6. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Tech Extra's services or website shall be governed by the laws of the **Province of Alberta** and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta.
